Who Would I be without my story.

没有我的故事，我是谁？

To go back,and to check it out. Without having to be right, without having to win.

不是为了证明自己是对的，不是想要让自己胜利。带着这样的心，回看过去，去看看我是谁?

This is my freedom I'm talking about .

我此刻谈论的是我的自由。

You could lose your whole identity , following the simple directions.

You are that story you told all your life, all your life, that's your identity.

And I'm not saying that it didn't happen.  It's just  really really for your own sake.

I invite you to go back, with all the emotions ,with all of it .

And it doesn't matter  if you were tied down and raped and raped and raped and raped and raped.

I have worked with  people who have been tortured with electricity and all kinds of violence.

我曾经与一些遭受过电击以及各种折磨的人，一起做过功课（the work）。

And one thing they have in common is projecting what was going to happen Next,  was more painful than anything that happened.

他们的共识就是，预计下一刻将会发生什么的恐惧，要远远大于已经发生过的一切。

They are the expert ,I trust them. And I trust my own experience.

我相信他们对此深有体会。同时，我也相信我自己的经历（凯蒂往昔也曾经深陷于对未来的恐惧）。

Projection, if you want terror, get a future.

投射。如果你想要点儿恐惧，那么想想未来。

And until you take care of the past, you are going to project that as the future. And you gonna up a few amps. and That's how it works. It's how the mind stays identify. It's how you remain as the illusion of you.

除非你能够好好看护自己的过去，否则你总是会将那个“过去”投射为下一个“未来”。而且，你还会将它放大好几倍。看吧，这就是心念的运作机制。这就是心念的身份认同的把戏。这就是你为什么一直将自己等同于一个“你”的幻觉。

And it's not right or wrong.

这无关对错。

When we love ourselves. You know the dreams. It's , it's just so sweet, so sweet.

当我们爱自己的时候。你理解了这些梦境。它们，它们是如此的甜美，如此甜美。

Imagination is everything. There's nothing that it's not.

凡所有相，皆是想象。没有什么不是想象出来的。

But then, There's like  what's I called the first generation.

但是下一刻，出现了一些我称之为第一代的念头（天空、人、石子、花、鸟，即关于事物的名字）。

To go back ,and to really understand to the way of it , without superimposing your story on it.

回头看看吧，真正地去理解这些心念的运作，不要将你的故事强加在上面。

That's why the truth is so powerful. It really is the truth that sets us free. But not our truth, Your own. That's the one. That's the one. That's the love of your life.

这就是为什么真相如此强大。真的是只有“真相”能够让我们自由。但不是我们的真相，而是你自己的真相。就是它能让你自由，就是它。它是你的一生所爱。
